Brian Kapnick is the senior firearms instructor at Marksmanship Training Group, LLC. for the Department of Financial Professional Regulation of Illinois as well as a National Rifle Association Training Counselor (Certified to teach new instructors).

Firearms Training Programs offered by Marksmanship Training Group, LLC. The NRA basic programs (Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, Home Firearm Safety, Personal Protection in the Home) as well as the NRA Instructor level program (teach the teacher). MTG, LLC. also offers the 20 Hour Security Firearms Training is offered. This class is required by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for working armed as a private investigator or armed security and is open to anyone who has taken the 20 Hour Basic Security course. Requalification is required by the IDFPR every three years. At Triton College, Brian Kapnick has taught in the early 1990's as a firearms instructor for the 20-Hour Armed Security class.
